How can I input a destination address?
Destination addresses can be entered into the TeleNav system two
different ways:
1. Key it in on your handheld. Input the destination address by selecting the country, entering a new city or postal code, or choose a recently used address.
2. Preplan on www.telenav.eu. Login to your TeleNav account and go to the Preplan page. You can also have someone in your office with access to your password input the destination at their desktop, and then retrieve directions yourself on the road.

How to start in a downtown area with poor GPS coverage?
TeleNav works in most areas as long as there is a clear view of the sky. If the green GPS receiver indicator is not flashing or you don't see GPS bars in the lower right-hand corner of the Navigation display, moving to a more open sky area should allow the satellite signal to come through to your receiver.

Can I receive phone calls while using TeleNav?
Yes.
When the call comes in, you will hear the phone or handheld ring,
and a pop-up screen will ask you if you want to take the call. If
you take the call, TeleNav is suspended, and it cannot use the speaker
or screen.
On a BlackBerry, when the call ends, press the ESCAPE button to return to the recent calls list, and press it again to restart TeleNav.
